Dental Wellness Plan

An In-House Dental Savings Option


The Wildhorse Dental Wellness Plan is an in-house savings option for patients who want simple, predictable access to preventive dental care at our Chesterfield office. The plan is not dental insurance. It is available only at Wildhorse Dental and includes select preventive services, plan-specific benefits, and discounts on eligible in-office procedures.

Plan 1

$ 400/year

$ 500/year

Both Plan 1 and Plan 2 additionally include:

Dental Program Guidelines


•  The patient's portion of the bill is due the day of the service.
•  Cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan.
•  No refunds of premiums will be issued at any time if the participant decided not to utilize the dental plan.
•  Outside financing(ex. CareCredit) may not be used to pay the annual fee.
